My ordering and payment conditions
All our prices are in Euro and all articles are subject to the differential taxation for second hand articles according to §25 UStG - German Sales Tax Law (UstG). The proportionate value added tax will not be shown at the invoice in that case.
As soon as I receive an order for an item I will put the item on hold for 7days. Payment must be initiated within this time.
Disclaimer
All items are subject to prior sale. I do try to make the updates as often as possible, however sometimes an item might already be sold and not yet marked as such.
Shipping
Shipping within Germany will be € 5,- within the European Community and Switzerland € 7,- and into most countries out of the European Union, for example the United States €10,-. The merchandise is send within 48 hours after payment is received as registered mail with the 'Deutsche Post'. The wrapping is done most carefully to avoid damage during transport. Should in spite of good wrapping an item arrive damaged please do contact me straight away.
Payment
Within Germany and the Euro Zone payment can be made by bank transfer directly or Visacard, Mastercard or American Express and Giropay through the Payment Service Provider PayPal. As payment from all other countries I accept Visacard and Mastercard and American Express through PayPal. All international orders may be subject to customs/taxes fees to be paid by the recipient at the discretion of the country you are in. We have no control of customs/import charges and are not responsible for any charges incurred in your country upon receipt of any order from Art Decoratif.
Important Notice:
If you are not a PayPal member you can pay through PayPal up to three times or a limit of up to 700,- Euro.
If you are within the EU, I recommend paying by bank transfer.

The right of withdrawal
We give the right of withdrawal to customers in distance trading according to § 312 et seqq. German Civil Code. The right of withdrawal / revocation instruction The buyer can revocate the contract within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (f.e. by letter, email, fax etc.) or by return of the goods. The time limit begins earliest with this notification. To ensure the right of withdrawal it is enough to send the revocation notification or the goods within the time limit. In the case of an effective revocation the given services have to be rewarded. If the buyer can not give back the goods in total or in parts respectively only in degredated condition the buyer has to compensate the seller with a refund.
This is not effective when the degredation of the goods left to the customer is a result of testing it like it could have been done in my store. The buyer can incidentally avoid the compensation by not using the good as if it was his own and by not doing anything to degredate the value of the good. Goods transportable as a parcel have to be resend at our cost and at our risk. Goods which are not transportable as a parcel will be picked up at your place.
Warranty
The warranty is ruled by the German legal regulations.
